I experimented with higher carb "beets" and more fat with the chocolate delights. I need to remember to keep higher calorie days lower in fat. I am not to worried about the gain. My gain could also be from more protein. I need to put in my measurements. Probably as another indicator of progress.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.8 lb a week
