Bird Fancier's Journal, 27 January 2018

I am feeling a lot of anxiety that my weigh-in day is tomorrow. If I didn't lose any lbs, will I stick with it? If I did lose lbs, will I think I can fudge and eat the wrong food? It is always on my mind...stay away from the fridge...don't open the cabinet...drink my water, drink my water, drink my water...log in my food. I need to stay determined because I am no spring chicken and I must preserve my health. It's a constant battle to train the brain! I can't wait until it comes natural.

You have got this. How does your body feel? When my scale doesn’t move I access how I feel; joints, mood and what my body looks like? Have I lost inches etc. you can do this.
