So- Saturday kinda fell off the wagon ! Realize without planning -- to easy to forget about what I need to be doing. Had a full day with helping with the Book Sale at work and didn't pre-plan my eating so I lunch was brought to me and just no good choices at the restaurant that my husband got our lunch from. Also went out with some girlfriends of mine for a Girl's Night Out. Didn't think- so McDonald's drive thru was easy and should not have had a Big Mac-- Well, today is a new day and I'm not going to do what I usually would and say "Oh well-- epic fail again and just give up ! Back to the plan !!
