Oh well, up .6 pound. Didn’t take in enough calories yesterday. So I think that’s why. It’s really hard to find that balance.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don’t understand that. If your calories are low does that cause you to gain? I’m really struggling to find that balance and most days I don’t reach 1,000 calories. I’m wondering if that’s the issue I’m having now.

I have found, that at least with me. I weigh in daily and on days I take in less than 1000 calories, I have up to .5-.6 weight gain. I think it messes with my metabolism and cause the gain. But that’s just from my own tracking, I’m am expert in nothing. Lol . Good luck my friend. Sorry I just saw this to reply

That’s interesting. I’m finding it hard to balance low carbs and making to 1,000 a day. Any advice?
