Okay, I am getting addicted to weighing in everyday! My weight chart goes up and down like my stress levels:\ The first day of my diet went pretty good yesterday. I am glad to have it over and am proud I did it. It was very hard to sit and eat a can of tuna, but I'll make it through. So, here I go with day #2.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I like weighing in everyday..once you get used to the ups and downs. It helps me to stay on track when it's up and motivates me when I see a loss. Keep up the fight!
