Why this popped up in my emails today is beyond me. I have been long gone from trying to figure out how to follow this blog, any blog for that matter. Today it hit me.I want to check in and do a bit of poking to see who else suffers the struggle to be healthier. Healthy, that's a joke. This past year I was blessed with more medical issues than I can count.Was doing good and holding a great plateau until my bad fall in September that changed a lot with my body, my mind, my stress, and my strength in general. I tried to be strong. I tried not to give up. How much can you hold on when you are constantly tired although you sleep a full night through. Ah, yes I said I have been sleeping for a few days now and doing it without medication.Why do I wake so tires and drained? I am not hungry at all and haven't had a bite or drink other than water today.Changing the subject. Bought a treadmill and actually pushed to walk 3.639 miles on it one day last week although all I really wanted to do is curl up on the couch and just breathe before bed. Resting hurts, imagine what working out does to me. Waiting to see where I am a month from now I guess. Nothing further. Goodbye journal who can't change a thing about today or tomorrow.It's all up to me.
