Hello, I'm Mary,I am a stay at home woman & mother to 3 grown children.I have a history of having always been thin, too thin as a matter of fact. About 10-12 years back I started having issues with my weight pouring on as pain limited my ability to be as active as I had always been. My metabolism began to slow and my waist began to grow and my thighs began to thicken, not that they were ever the smallest part of me.I went from 120 lbs. to a whopping 169 of which I have brought down to 145 currently. I have been through some tough medical issues and have finally found a plateau to rest upon which I am not totally satisfied.I would like to sit at about 125 for my frame and desired curve size. I would like to find friends, exercise more, and really watch what goes into my body for benefit of nutrition and satisfaction. I have something right because I love all the foods that are supposedly good for me yet I have to learn to incorporate them more into my meals so as to help me avoid the otherwise tempting treats and delacacies.
