Woof! Talk about a bad diet day!
I can see how working in an office could have some serious temptations. And then the eating out for lunch in town all the time, that wouldn't help either. I'm glad I was only in town for training.
Doing yoga instead of a more vigorous exercise didn't help yesterday's numbers either.
Back on the wagon today.
