I had gone off over the weekend. Don't know why. Got back on track on monday. I had gianed 8 lbs. in that time off. But now i've lost those 8 plus 2 more.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 115.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
