So I have had a busy day so far, had at ct scan at 730 this am, then took my kids to art class. Then went and got my sons hair cut. We had lunch out. I let them pick and they picked taco bell. I ate off of the fresco menu.. It was really good.

Finding a way to enjoy Mexican food without feeling guilty about it is always great. I love that more and more places are offering menu items that make them more diet friendly.

I'm not endorsing it, but there have been Taco Bell commercials w/ a woman who lost a bunch of weight eating off their Fresco menu. I don't necessarily agree w/ that, but when you're out & on the go, at least they have something that isn't going to crash & burn your whole days work in 1 meal. Good choice ; )
