Had a down day plus half - not feeling good. It was an exercise day and all I could do was slow walking inside the home. So, Thurs and Fri. I stepped it up a little Thurs. I did two videos one in the am and the other pm. Felt good and I had some energy. Fri. I took a friend shopping and another needed some help cleaning out cabinets and reorganize contents. (instead of having the same items in three spots as I found out.. that's what she was doing. Forgetting where things got put.)
208.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
