still feeling really great about myself and sticking to the exercise but the one thing i can't get used to is the pain in my muscles that brings my motivation right down. Exercise is suppose to make you feel like you have more energy and some days i don't feel like i can get enough. i wish i could plug myself in lol We'll see if i loose again this week i am pretty sure i did because my small jeans are getting loose woo hoo . Keep up the good work everyone :)

Good on you, you're doing so well. I find exercise hard also, makes me pain all over and makes me more tired, but I still try to do it.

I thrive off the pain I feel after a good workout. For some reason, it makes me believe that each step I take is burning more calories than normal because it hurts more than normal (and don't anyone dare say anything contrary to that, even if it isn't true - it's my dream and I'm sticking to it!!) Well done, girl!
