What a day this is starting to be. I’m trying to remove some carpet and can’t clear the room of furniture. So I am having to cut it in strips. Bad thing is - I have injured back and right shoulder. And yes I am right handed. SO ... this may be a week long or more project 😔. Plus yesterday I went over my caloric allotment but today I woke up hungry. I had my coffee with HWC but I’m still hungry. Trying to stay busy until this afternoon so I dont start eating. I fear if I do I won’t stop. I generally eat one meal a day around 3 pm. This day may be an exception 😮
