Yesterday was a decent day. I ate correctly but did not get much exercise. I helped move some furniture for my mother and of course I hurt myself. Back injuries are the worst. Today I am planning on getting out of the house a bit. I plan to go to Lowe’s and maybe buy some paint for my future room. Tomorrow I am definitely going for a good walk. Today I hope to be invited to walk with a group of ladies. Not sure yet. They are going to do a 5K in March and I hope to do it also. I’ve tried to sign up but so far I have failed. I hate it when these things are so difficult!! I’m usually able to do things on line but this is not working well. It is the rump shaker colon cancer walk. I get the rump reference but does signing up have to be a pain in the a*^?!

Don't want to jinx myself, but it has been years since I've had any noticeable back pain. Loosing a bunch of weight from my torso are helped tremendously. You be back to walking soon.

Take it easy if your back hurts, but walking may be good for it. It seems like anytime I try to help move anything I get hurt, that's why I made some of my goals this year geared toward strength. I hope you get your 5K figured out. I've done a few and when you cross that finish line, the feeling of accomplishment is fantastic.
