Arrghh, its one of those days. I don't know if it's the weather but I am not in the greatest of mood. I did my morning workout 3.5 miles, I hated it the entire time. I mean I am only on week 3 of runing(not my favorite exercise)but I was told it will help me shed the weight. I have to admit, I did not think I would be able to do it, but I am learning I am stronger than I give myself credit for. I go dress shopping tomorrow and I am excited and dreading it all at the same time. I do NOT want to look fat in my wedding pictures. I know its vain but that is the truth! I actually discusses surgery as an option, I know that would be a shortcut and risky but I sometimes get soo frustrated that the scale is not moving. Oh well let me go drink water and get back to work.
