Comleted my am workout it was sooo hot. Today I resolve to eat clean the whole day. I refuse to eat the leftover cake in the fridge. While at work I plan on drinking at least two of my 16 oz bottle of water. I promise to love my body and the process it will take to be happy in my own skin again.

Yeah but fiance will have a fit! Also, I want to prove to myself that I don't have to give in to every temptation. Is that what they call self sabotage?

Maybe a bit of both, or I am projecting my own lack of control but I'd have to throw it out. Of course I'd say "oh I won't eat it", then I'd start staring at it, and then ooops... all gone!! And that would piss off both me and my husband since he would of liked the cake. So to me it is either the trash can under the counter, or the "trash can" called Me. He has come to understand it might be able to stay a day, bit after that it has to either be eaten, to his work, or to the trash. Took a while for him to learn that my will power w/certain foods is not as strong as it needs to be.

Oh in would have no control and would have to eat it in the interests of not wasting food. This is why I am overweight. Good for you and do not buy any more cake!!! ;-D

Update, I did not eat the cake, probably because fiance got to it first. I threw out was was left last night and did not get any treats when we went grocery shopping last nite.

OH good the cake is gone!! Great job not eating any of it!! And great job for not buying any new snacks, which can be hard. woooo!
