Wow only 11.8 pounds away from my first goal of 225.0. I hope I can stay the course and not give up when I get close like I always do. But this time I feel different. I’ve given up all extra sweets and drinking nothing but water for a month now. I think I can maintain this !
236.8 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
