Didn't meet the goal of the week 2 challenge. I skipped the 30 minute walk earlier this week because it was "too cold". A friend suggested we walk today regardless of the weather and it turns out I love walking in chilly weather! Wish I had pushed myself earlier to go for at least a short walk. A great lesson.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did the same the other day...snowed..temp was in the 20's...I made myself get up and do a 30 minute walk...physically felt good, but more importantly, mentally I felt really up because I didn't give in to not doing what I had set a goal of...keep it up and best of luck...stay motivated and focused...

I actually walk faster in the cold, I guess to get away from it lol Today at the doctors i walked 2166 steps in the little 10x10 examine room where theres a will!
