My unofficial weight this morning is 78.6 kg. For a moment there I was thinking that I will have a gain for this week amidst shark week, but the scale was kind today. Hopefully I will be even lower tomorrow, but if I stay the same, I'm also happy.

There were a couple of options, I chose to work on my Double Unders

METCON: 8 rounds

20 sec Battle Ropes

20 sec Rest

20 sec Sledgies

20 sec Rest

20 sec Slamballs

I felt so weak this morning, especially on the battle ropes, but it's o.k. Some days you are stronger than other days!
