Soooo... Finally got up again this morning for Cross fit class!

Skill:

Overhead squats

4 x 8 @ 5 kg

I haven't done OH Squats since 2015 - our coach is not very fond of this particular movement.

WOD: Not for time

10 RDL with at 3 sec tempo downwards @ 15 kg

20 reverse lunges (10 per leg)

15 KB Swings @ 12 kg
