I'm happy with just 100 gr down, considering I'm in shark week, and don't normally show a loss, but rather a gain.

Had only 2 cross fit sessions this week, it's suppose to be 3. Next week we'll be in full swing!

P.S: Next Friday I'll be taking official measurements as well, so rather than just relying on the scale, I will be tracking my cm losses too.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
