Awesome gym night last night - felt awesome after my run and work out. topped off with a Hawaiian Kailua pork and ginger lime coleslaw.

angelfancy - the Kailua pork is a smoked pork shoulder Hawaiian style - just the shoulder - Hawaiian salt and wrap in banana leaves - smoke for 10 to 12 hours. the coleslaw has fresh grated ginger with lime juice and canola oil.
