I've been thinking that I'm consuming too much fat as a percentage of my diet, but now it looks like I'm right on target. I'm posting this here so I don't forget it:

It is recommended that people consume 30% of total daily calories from fat, 55% from carbohydrates and 15% from protein.

Of course, I'm trying to lose some weight quickly for a beach vacation, so I do think it makes sense to cut down on fat for a couple of weeks (even the good fats). I'm going to try to stay under 35 grams a day.

Diet Calendar Entries for 22 March 2010:
