I’m feeling a little blah tonight...probably just hormone related. Any other women get that way and experience weight loss stalls/gains one week (give or take) of the month? Stupid hormones! Hoping to endure the cravings and general blah-ness. Any advice for getting through it with a smile on my face?🙂
