Rained all day today, wasn't able to get my 3 mile run in. No worries, will be back on the grind tomorrow. This weekend was crazy for me in terms of eating. Nieces graduation party on saturday where i ate fried chicken, ribs, rice and peas, seafood salad, green beans, and drank coke soda-whew just typing it makes me exhausted. Then turned around on Sunday-Mother's day and ate fried chicken, rice and peas, ice cream, fried fish, french fries, sweet tea, ginger ale. Let's not forget friday i ate wendy's burger and fries and sweet tea. Man I really pigged out this weekend. So, now that that is over-back to my normal eating routine. Thank God for resets!
