I actually lost 1.5 instead of 1.8 but I still consider this a success! Keeping up the good work-determined to lose more.

Last night i did pretty good with my food. I didn't go into one of my food black out moments, where I just stuff my mouth with whatever is salty and sweet not caring about what i'am eating.

Go Hard or Go Home! That is my new motto, that I chant as I am getting my daily workout in. I did 3.10 miles today on the treadmill-whew got it done! Bring it on for tomorrow!

Rained all day today, wasn't able to get my 3 mile run in. No worries, will be back on the grind tomorrow. This weekend was crazy for me in terms of eating. Nieces graduation party on saturday where i ate fried chicken, ribs, rice and peas, seafood salad, green beans, and drank coke soda-whew just typing it makes me exhausted. Then turned around on Sunday-Mother's day and ate fried chicken, rice and peas, ice cream, fried fish, french fries, sweet tea, ginger ale. Let's not forget friday i ate wendy's burger and fries and sweet tea. Man I really pigged out this weekend. So, now that that is over-back to my normal eating routine. Thank God for resets!
