One of my favourite things about losing weight apart from all the obvious reasons is my perception of what other people look like. Those slim friends who looked enviably slim months ago , now are starting to look normal and like me and the people who are what I used to be, are starting to look really fat! I want to scream at them , " Come ,join me on my journey .. its amazing." But I somehow don't think they'd appreciate it - or they would have professed an interest. Its like giving up smoking . Its you who's got to want it, not your other half or your kids . YOU.

Yeah I know the feeling there! That 200 mark has made a BIG difference for me. Now - it all seems in sight so to speak! (AND I am losing my seat belt phobia!! I once went to an amusement park - and the seatbelt didn't fit. It was humiliating.)
