I just realized this feature so I am going to start posting my meals more. This is part of today's breakfast (brunch really): ackee and saltfish, 100% Jamaican food. I had it with some boiled sweet potato. I love to prepare my national dish with lots of vegetables and just a little of the saltfish so that it is not too fresh.
