Does anyone have an alternative to Xylitol to sweeten coffee? It messes up my macros the most so i would like to use something else? And i am definitely against any artificial sweeteners.

I used less and less sugar and now have my coffee without, it takes time to get used to it.

Xylitol is not absorbed by your body, it just "passes through", which is why some people get a runny tummy. It doesn't mess up your macros because it is not actually absorbed. You need not put it in on your day's dairy. An alternative is Stevia, which is a herb an stabilises blood sugar as an added benefit.
