gained 1/2 pound in spite of long Airdyne set and a BM...CRAP!!!
224.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Greetings - May I suggest you look at your sodium intake? It is very very high and will cause you to hold waters and fats. It should be around 2600 and fiber around 25 - try drinking muchmore water instead of diet soda, too. Good Luck, HCB
