I have had an epiphany! Carbs are killing me...Well, they are killing my diet. I feel super guilty about not going to the gym today. I usually go Monday Tues. and Thursday Friday but I just couldn't get going. Maybe it was all the carbs I've been consuming! So I'll eat my Hamburger sans bun.

Me too, carbs give me shower bursts of energy and then I crash. They give me cravings for sugar and more carbs. I find it impossible to remain within a calorie deficit and lose weight if I eat many carbs. I consume no sugar, sugar substitutes, grains or root vegetables, and absolutely no processed foods what so ever.
