I'm a division I swimmer at Youngstown State University and I had shoulder surgery this past December. During my recovery I have gained much unwanted weight. Now that my shoulder is almost completed healed and I have been cleared to workout again I am ready to start losing it! This summer while I am home from school I will be working my butt off to get to a body that is fit, healthy, and most of all a body that I am proud of. I know that it is going to be hard, but I am willing to do whatever it takes. I am just going to take this journey day by day and continue to stay positive. I must just keep my end goal in mind!
