I am very nervous about my Las Vegas trip to see my friend and family. So nervous that I've not been as good choosing my meals for the last couple days. I am scared my friend whoses never had a weight problem ever and can eat a man under a table will have the wrong foods for me.
I had a talk with her about it and she said she would try very hard not to make things that I can't or shouldn't have. She has a gazelle like me, so I will be able to excerise. I'll have to tell my family NO! I'm gone for 10 days from 1/14 to 1/24. My goal is to actually drop 5 pounds. I know I will be more active there. I've got to stay focused! Love vacations but they can certainly screw with your eating! Wish me luck.I will be keeping a journal and enter all the info upon my return.
