After being sick for two days - proof shows how much you can hold or release where your body is concerned. Weighed myself this morning and weighed 171 lbs. Just goes to show how full of it you can be I guess!! :) No way I could lose 4 lbs in 2 days otherwise!
I decided not to add this weigh in because it would really bea false reading in my opinion!!
