Day 4 has been an AWESOME exercise day! Took the littlest out to the park in the morning. I ran circles around him, did 50 star jumps, 20 sit ups and felt like an overall goose because all he did was laugh at me. But hey, he was HAPPY and so was I! Then this afternoon I managed a whole hour and a half of my walk. (Roughly 6km's)

So I finally feel like I can do this. Just needed to give myself the big kick up the bum! Food wise was also really good. I can afford to have some chocolate with my calorie intake today but I'm choosing not too. If I can make it through this ONE WEEK with no chocolate then I will be able to do another week no dramas.
