2 days to weigh in. I am feeling ok. Still walking everyday with my friend. we now each got a pedometer and are even more motivated. She was telling me about her detox days they put her on when she first started medical weight loss and said she does it 1-2 a month and each time loses another 7-9 lbs in that week. So I decided to try it with out going over my points and today is my second day on it. I feel ok about it. I did however think I was going to be hungry but I am not at all. So if it works we should see a big number this week(saturday weight in). Really hope it works.
