So today is the day . I have made to decision to do a complete uturn. I have been shopping and we have lots of fruit along with salad stuff . I am the one doing this , so I am the one who chooses what and when I eat . Hubby reckons I will not do this . M i say , you watch this space .

Sounds very familiar I lost over 10 stone with my first husband who said I couldn’t do it, I’ve kept it off for 14 years now, I’ve just got to get the last bit off now good luck you can do it!
