Had a great Zumba workout. Going to do that every other day. Gives me a day to recuup. I have to deal with my inner demons and figure out why I always sabatoge myself....Dealing with things one day at a time. Today's goal is to only eat when I am hungry and only eat healthy. Treadmill tonight. Day by day...... the only way I can do this and not allow failure.
