Keep putting on weight, water I think, from eating too much grain (brown rice tortillas) and legumes (tempeh, tofu, hummus) and salt. I ate the last of the tortillas in the house, last night, and will throw out the little bit of hummus I have left. Still some tempeh in the freezer. Don't want to toss good food, just eat it in moderation. Lots of cans of rice and beans in the cupboard. Why do I eat these things when I know they make me feel crummy and gain weight?

ahh, i hear ya! I love tempeh rice and beans. They make me feel crummy too. I found flatout flatbread (any flavour) the "Light Sundried Tomato Flatbread" has Calories 90 Fat 2.5g Carbs 17g, Protein 9g ! And Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas (in the tortilla section, Calories 71 Fat 2g Carbs 17g Protein 8g. I use them with breakfast, eggs, for fish tacos, etc. They have a lot of fiber and a great balance with protein that regular tortillas don't have:-)
