my blood sugar was 107 today,we are really trying to put this together as my husband and I have diabetes,weight problems, he has high blood pressure as well.But, we are working together to beat this and get healthy.Using Fatsecret is a blessing, it is saving us so much time trying to figure all the food we eat.

I love FatSecret, it has been SO helpful... and just a thought, I was told I was diabetic... blood sugar at 136, I started Adkins Diet in mid February and by the end of March my level was 92, tests came back to the doctor and he is thrilled saying the Adkins Diet is a healthy safe diet for me and to keep it up!
