Lost 60 Pounds Now!
I have now lost 60 pounds and am under 200 pounds for the first time in 11 years!!
I am SO PROUD of ME!!
Just stick with it, it will work!

Looking for Active Buddies
Hey all, I need some buddies too! Lets all be here in support of our buddies! I started Adkins in February and have lost 31 pounds, up and down, quick losses and then stalls... sticking to it though! Lets be buddies!

Yes I have read the new Adkins book, and did go into the chat last night where some very helpful people gave me some info... they advised me to keep my net carbs at 20 with 15 per day of Foundation Veggies, which I already knew... and told me to stick to the following daily percentages: 60fat/30Protien/10carbs and stay around 1500 calories a day... that was about where I was... so since I am losing weight I will keep doing what I am doing! I am down 30 pounds in the last 6 weeks!!
