I'm no longer on Weight Watchers. I exercise regularly, drink water and eat smaller portions. I also take supplements on a daily. It has taken me 3 years to get to this desired weight. I'm not stopping here, I will continue until I reach my goal weight. I'm in my 60s, so it's very hard to keep the weight maintained. I have continued to exercise daily, taking classes, walking and weight training. Building lean muscle, getting tone and fit.

Why are you not on Weight Watcher's anymore? Congratulations on getting to your goal weight!

I have retired and I still use what I learned from WW I just exercise and watch what I eat. I don’t like calorie counting. My clothes tell me when I’m losing weight. I get on the scale monthly, not daily or weekly because I keep myself accountable for what I put in my mouth.

For me, WW, was complicated; and I was always hungry.

I love your perseverance and dedication. It's about long term health and goals and that's inspiring to see someone living that way 🙂
