I have joined a shopping club where I purchase all of my nutritional supplements, healthy shakes and all my household products. It’s so much easier than driving to the store every time I run out of something. My products are delivered in 3 days. All the products are natural from the deodorant to the tooth polish and detergent. I even get my essential oils instead of shopping from store to store looking for my favorite oil. The shakes are delicious and curve my appetite and their nutrition bars are great. I just switched stores and do everything online with the shopping club. My energy level is back up, with the supplements that I’m taking and I’m sleeping better. I don’t have any health issues where I take lots of meds, so I don’t stress out about that. I’m just happy that my daughter thought of me when she told me about this club, so glad she did. I’m no longer using harsh chemicals to clean my home and I don’t have to keep a fan or have the windows open when I’m cleaning.

I'm no longer on Weight Watchers. I exercise regularly, drink water and eat smaller portions. I also take supplements on a daily. It has taken me 3 years to get to this desired weight. I'm not stopping here, I will continue until I reach my goal weight. I'm in my 60s, so it's very hard to keep the weight maintained. I have continued to exercise daily, taking classes, walking and weight training. Building lean muscle, getting tone and fit.
