A friend of mine at work turned me on to this website. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, but I have not gone to meetings in a couple of years.
I have been trying to work the program on my own, but I have come to the conclusion that I need support from others who are on the same weight loss path. I feel I need to be held accountable for my eating habits - in order for me to change my habits (if that makes sense).
I am hoping the use of this site, and encourgaing stories from other participants will help jump start my weight loss program.
