It's only 1 pound but I will take it! Not sure what is going on. Clothes fitting better and I'm noticing muscle definition. Going to keep working hard....
165.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Low Carb High Protein (MD Diet)   losing 0.3 lb a week
