Hi - my name is Joey...

Here I go, AGAIN!!!

I have now said I was going to kick this in high gear since August and it's now MARCH!!! I had a wonderful baby boy in June so you know those baby pounds need to go :) I did this before and I lost 27 pounds and kept it off - so I know this can be accomplished.

Enough excuses of I am tired and I want to snack, etc! By summer, I WILL reach my goal and be proud to walk next to my man...LOL, Oh yeah this is supposed to be for me.

I am proud parent of 2 beautiful children, this should be enough of a reason to get healthy... I love you Baylee and Jacob!!!
