up a little and feeling a little puffy (hands) not sore though. going to try a modified plateau diet today. hope i'll stay focused.
154.7 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1147 kcal Fat: 52.06g | Prot: 75.52g | Carb: 70.18g.   Breakfast: oroweat 100% whole wheat soft, kirkland organic lowfat milk, egg, grapefruit. Lunch: cucumber, water, lindora strawberry kiwi drink, boysenberries. Dinner: jalapeno, el pato sauce, Chicken Breast, black beans home, colby jack cheese, onions. Snacks/Other: cabernet sauvignon, water, kirkland mixed nuts, water. more...
