Cooking ahead today to ward off food issues. Looking for 2 recipes that are heavily fat and protien one like beef stew and one like a chiken chile blanco. Willing to improvise recipe if needed. Keeping my vege selections to the lower carb salad veges today, avoiding cream and cheese (had more than my share yesterday). Yesterdays binge was very atypical of me, I haven't had any problem sticking to the plan, but perhaps my slow weightloss was an indication that I was not following the plan closely enough. 1 day without diet cola or sweeteners down, 4 to go... Unless I see a dramatic benefits, I doubt I will be able to stick to limiting my coffee and cola. Weight loss is actually not my primary goal, rather making sure that my lifestyle changes stick for life. In the last 3 months I have given up nicotine, moderate alcohol, my coffee creamer, and high carb foods. I think I need a break from giving up anything else for a while so I can adjust to these changes first. I am not giving up on Boot Camp and will follow the rules to the letter, for 4 more days anyway :D
