I was really disappointed with my weight this week. I haven't managed to do any excerise other than the running and I have been ill so did eat badly, but ....

I went to the gym today and ran for 30 minutes and went on the stepper machine.

I will aim to do my absolute best this week.

134.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
