Ate WAY too many nuts today. :( I am going to try cutting out nuts until I have more discipline to stop after a reasonable- read SMALL- portion instead of doing a free for all like I have been.

It's easier to take "just a few more" from a larger container than it is to go get into a whole separate package, even if the packages are tiny. You might get some snack bags and prefill some in the portion size you want, or buy the nuts already in small portion size packages. The smaller size might help you keep to your desired limit.

I feel your pain. It is very difficult to undermine eating habits that have been in place for quite some time. My weakness is plain Hershey chocolate - kisses, bars, etc. I have an entire bowl of them in my house and haven't touched more than two of them in a month. And yet...the bowl calls my name ... lol
